In 2002, ConceptRethink, LLC was created by Marni Hotchkiss with the idea that web sites for small businesses can be intuitive and easy to navigate at an affordable price.
In 1999, Marni received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduation, Marni completed the University of Colorado’s Web Design and Development program and simultaneously worked on her first web-design project for a professor at the University in Fuel Cell technology.

Prior to starting ConceptRethink, Marni worked for a number of web design firms in the Washington, D.C. area as well as in Atlanta, Georgia and Boulder, Colorado.

Continuing Education
The internet industry is constantly changing at a super fast past. Marni continues to stay up-to-date on the latest web technologies and course work.
In 2005, Marni became a Certified Usability Analyst through Human Factors International. Through HFI, Marni learned valuable tools to develop more user-centered web designs and usability testing techniques to help learn more about a website’s user base.
In 2009, Marni’s completed a continuing education course was through Montgomery College in Search Engine Optimization.
