Information Architecture

  • Designed information architecture for reports and dashboards, organizing large and complex datasets into clear, logical structures.
  • Defined page layouts and content groupings to support scanning, comparison, and decision making.

Dashboard Design and UX

  • Led dashboard development from a design and UX perspective, shaping layout, interactions, and user flows.
  • Designed dashboard experiences that supported exploration, filtering, and understanding of key metrics.

Data Visualization

  • Created clear and effective data visualizations using charts, tables, and visual patterns that made insights easier to understand.
  • Balanced accuracy with readability in all data visualization choices.

Visual Hierarchy

  • Created strong visual hierarchy for complex data using layout, spacing, typography, and emphasis to guide user attention.
  • Translated dense information into readable, human centered digital layouts.

Accessibility and Inclusion

  • Ensured accessibility throughout all designs, following WCAG and Section 508 standards.
  • Designed color usage, contrast, typography, and structure to support users with different needs.

Prototyping and Iteration

  • Prototyped layouts in Figma to test structure, flow, and clarity before development.
  • Iterated based on stakeholder feedback and usability review.
