Challenge

As part of the team at Kaptivate, I was contracted by the Technology Transformation Services of the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide management support to the Open Innovation Program, whose primary goal is ”to facilitate the use of crowdsourcing, citizen science, and prize competitions across the federal government."

Solution

My role consisted of development and maintenance ofChallenge.gov, the federal government’s open-sourced, online platform for the management and promotion of prize challenges. Such tasks are user research, persona development and accessibility testing and ongoing conformance.
